AGA300應(yīng)用于汽車傳感器線束的橡膠套Grommet組裝。例如輪束傳感器線束，ABS線束……機(jī)器為自動(dòng)組裝，當(dāng)操作人員將線插入第一個(gè)型腔口后，機(jī)器將自動(dòng)完成所有的橡膠套組裝。機(jī)器的平臺(tái)概念和膨脹原理保證了每個(gè)橡膠套在線束上的位置的準(zhǔn)確和一致性。
氣動(dòng)型腔有兩部分組成，上模和下模。每個(gè)型腔都裝有檢測(cè)線和橡膠套有無(wú)的傳感器，保證了在大量生產(chǎn)的情況下不會(huì)產(chǎn)生漏穿。
